Kansas City, Missouri
Downtown, the Crossroads, the River Market and the Country Club Plaza hold most of the metro's professional-services firms, and the office towers along Main Street and Grand Boulevard are where remote-first support earns its keep. North Kansas City and the Northland
North Kansas City's industrial district, Gladstone and Parkville, and the office parks along Interstate 29 and Interstate 35 make up the Northland, a market with its own IT providers and its own commute pattern. Overland Park
Johnson County's largest city and the metro's densest concentration of corporate offices, along the College Boulevard corridor and around Corporate Woods. Wyandotte County, from the Fairfax industrial district to the Village West and Legends development, is an industrial and logistics market first.
