Information collected
This site has no accounts. It collects three kinds of information. Phone calls: the number shown on this site is a tracked number provided through CallRail in ThrottleNet's own account. When you call it, CallRail records the calling number, the time and the duration, and routes the call to ThrottleNet. If a call is recorded, a notice is played at the start of the call. The consultation form on the contact page is a CallRail form in the same account: it collects your name, company, email address, phone number and message, together with the page and referral source, and delivers them to ThrottleNet. The phone field carries two optional text-message consent checkboxes worded by CallRail; leaving them unticked does not affect your enquiry. Website analytics: see the next section.
How information is used
Call data is used by ThrottleNet to answer and follow up on your enquiry and by the operator of this site to count how many enquiries the site generates. Analytics data is used to see which pages are read. Neither is sold or used for advertising.
Vercel Web Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data; it records page views, referrers, device type and country in aggregate. No consent banner is needed for it. This site does not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
Calls and partner routing
Calls and form submissions go to ThrottleNet, the partner provider named throughout this site. ThrottleNet's own privacy practices apply to what it does with your enquiry after the call. Requests about call records should be made to ThrottleNet directly or through the contact route below.
Retention and requests
Call and form records are retained by CallRail under ThrottleNet's account settings. Aggregate analytics are retained by Vercel. To ask what has been recorded about your call or form submission, or to request deletion, use the Complaints page and state that it is a privacy request. Missouri and Kansas residents' requests are handled under the law that applies to them; the operator will confirm which.
Contact
Privacy requests go to the operator at hello@kansascityitservices.com or through the Complaints page. Operator details are on the Disclaimer page.
