Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
This site is meant to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
Measures and standards
The site is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA: semantic headings in order, text alternatives on every image, visible focus states, colour contrast that passes on every text and background pair, and no interaction that requires a mouse. Accordions and the navigation menu are keyboard-operable.
Known limitations
Photographs of ThrottleNet's operations floor are described in alt text but not in long descriptions. Tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens; every table is also summarised in the text around it.
Feedback and assistance
If any part of this site is hard to use, email hello@kansascityitservices.com or report it through the Complaints page with the page address and what happened. If you need the content of a page in another form, the same route works.
Response process
Accessibility reports are acknowledged within five business days and fixed on the page; the fix is dated.
